I was born and raised in Melbourne Australia, after my family arrived from Europe in the early 1960’s. From an early age, my family was connected with Melbourne’s art community; we had possibly one of the first art galleries and framing shops in Melbourne’s prestigious commercial art precinct of High Street, Armadale. It was here that I met many successful artists and art dealers and I saw first hand, some of the work of Australia’s greatest artists, and I began selling my artwork and being commissioned to make art from my early teens. Adjacent to a life long passion for art, and continued selling, I also became a journalist, film, TV and theatre actor and a singer. I live in Melbourne with my two daughters.
